Chi Omega was founded in 1895 at the University of Arkansas and has grown to be the largest women's fraternal organization in the world with over 320,000 initiated and 178 collegiate chapters. Throughout Chi Omega's long and proud history, the fraternity has provided its members with unique opportunities in leadership, scholarship, and lifelong friendships.

Chi Omegas are always proud to show off our letters! Our chapter here at The College is filled with a lot of spunk. Every girl is unique in her own way, but together we make up an amazing organization. Scholarship is extremely important to our chapter, which resulted in achieving the highest GPA on campus last fall. In addition, we dedicate a lot of our time to our philanthropy Make-A-Wish foundation and always love to have a good time at our sisterhood and social events. The Zeta Gamma chapter is proud to call Charleston our home and is humbled to be able to share this campus with other outstanding Greek organizations. The Chi Omega Zeta Gamma Chapter at the College of Charleston was founded in September of 1928. Our sisters strive to live by our model and symphony everyday.
